My account got suspended, and I am not even using it?

I just got email, that I thought was a phishing email. It told me that my Google AdWords acount was suspended because some alleged violations.

 

Well, how can I violate Google's polices when I am running no ad campaigns? It had been at least 3 months ago that I just run one short, few days, campaign, that was promptly approved and had no problems.

 

The only thing that could have been problem was that my credit card was stollen about few weeks ago and I was waiting for the new card to arrive.

 

How can I contact Google in order to clarify the situation?

it looks like our AdWords Support team recently sent you an email with information about your suspension (If you have not received the email, please check your spam box for an email from adwords-support as the email could have gone there by mistake).  If you cannot find the email, I'm including on this post the links to our AdWords policies & account suspension for you below:

Thank you for answering.

I just got a generic answer, about violating T&Cs. You know T&Cs are 10-20 pages long. Which one of T&C's several hundreds of clauses is causing this issue? Even before when I was running ads, they were never refused. I had that account for at least 5-7 years. I use it very little.

Weather that decision was made by a software algorithm or a live person, they both should know which particular clause is issue and they should pass that on me.

I honestly am not aware that I've done anything wrong with ads. I haven't been running any ads? How can one violate T&Cs if he is not using his account? My credit card was stolen and canceled by the bank. Now the new card is issued and I applied that to correct issue. All the time my account was in the credit, at least £200 ($300) so I wasn't owing money to Google.

I just phoned Google UK and just got the same generic answer: go and read 20 pages of T&C and than guess what the problem is.

Is there a way to speak with real person and get a real answer?

Regarding the reason for your Account suspension (i.e. violating T&Cs), I cannot provide any additional insight into the specific triggers that we have identified on your account issue beyond the information that was provided in your notification from the AdWords Team specialist. Please feel free to reach out to the AdWords specialist whom you have been in contact with. Or use the Contact AdWords in the upper right corner of the menu.
