My AdWords Account Is Suspended

Hi

I got this email from Google tonight and I can be sure the payment information is accurate. Please what can I do next to remove this suspension?

We've identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of your AdWords account (customer ID) or a connected account. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts and stopped your ads from running.

This suspension means that your ads in this account and any related accounts can no longer run, and you won't be able to open any new AdWords accounts. Hi Hoa,

What the agency told you is not true. Being a Google Partner does not mean they have any such privileges. In fact, based on the above, they will be unable to help remove the suspension no matter what they promise or do.

Since they tend to claim more than what can be delivered, my best educated guess is some of their financial practices might have been the main reason for which your account got suspended.

I do appreciate your understanding.

I had this email from Google:
Dear Advertiser, Thank you for your email.

Thanks for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed the account and confirmed that it is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.

Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

So what should I do now? The agency that my company hire to manage our account told us that it's just a payment issue and they could help us to remove suspension because they're Google's Partner. Is it correct? Please tell me what to do to fix the problem.

Thank you for reply. Yes, I got reply from Google Support Team as well, they said it was the final decision and they coulnt do any thing or give us any information about my case.
