Multiple exits check

I am getting this message when I upload a file I published from Google Web Designer:

The ad you uploaded contains multiple exits. Please make sure your ad meets our policy requirements, and remove any references to the tags above.

More details:
UNSUPPORTED_MULTI_EXITS

I am not seeing multiple exits in my document but don't know 100% what I am looking for because this is my first attempt at an ad like this and I used one of the Google provided templates. Can someone tell me what I should be looking for in the code to remove it?

Hi @Kelly M

If your ad has links pointing to more than one location, it's called Multiple Exits and not yet supported in AdWords. Make sure you are pointing your ad to one URL only.

Thanks
