Multiple Suspensions in MCC of Client Accounts--Need Help

We are a full service agency providing service to new and existing client, we also pay on behalf of customers and charge them on monthly basis. so in many accounts we use our own payment credit card while in some accounts client use their own billing, it purely depends on client preference and we give them freedom to enjoy monthly billing.
we also reach out new customers and encourage them to try google adwords for their business module and try to make it work for them and mostly in this case we also use our own credit cards with the promo credit for new business. The MCC 90 days spend is about 100k-200k on average and we only have limited Cards, so we use same cards on multiple accounts.


I recently got suspension on mutiple accounts with this message

 

Your account is suspended We've identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords account

 

Contact the support and they are not able to solve the problem,submitted the appeal with this ticket number 9-4552000001939

 

Can someone get our situation reviewed or at least suggest a solution to avoid future issues with the clients?

 

Also if one account gets suspended (our of many clients, some for policy or whatsoever reason) with our card, it doesn't mean that our card suppose to go black list, its the CLIENT Account which got suspended, our card is to support the billing only and are also running on other client accounts

 

Help is needed and appreciated.

Hello;
The owner of the account is the client. Thus, the client should accept the terms of service, and provide a billing method. When this process is not followed, you (as an agency) could find yourself as an owner of an account you have no control of the landing page content...Now try to explain this to Google ....

Exactly that's the thing which you said Smiley Sad can you or someone escalate the issue to the specialist so we can explain our situation?
what i am afraid is if our more accounts will be suspended

 

just to add that billing information and address is different on every account, we use client own billing address and information, its just the credit card which we use of our own.

Your case was escalated to Google to be checked. Please wait patiently. These processes (of investigating   the reason of  suspensions) do take some time;

thanks Moshe, I understand reviews can take time but thanks for highlighting it to the right team.
As all said i am more concern of the other accounts in the MCC as there are 100+ clients here attached in the MCC and this could have been a nightmare for all of them.

The suspension of one account is a different issue,  unrelated  to  the other accounts suspended due to billing.
Write to Google, referring  (only) to billing accounts suspended, using this form below, and explain that you use the same credit card for a number of accounts.

Hi

many thanks for looking into the issue.

i already tried the appeal form but seems like they are mixing the accounts, what seems to happen is they link it to the other account which got suspended along with the other 2 which are of billing issue

 

p.s ..just re-submitted the appeal form for the billing issue account
