MLM and Affiliates

Hello,

 

why does google adwords consider MLM  products or affiliates illegitimate that violate user safety advertising policies ? what is exactly wrong ?

Simply because it is a controversial sales technique. It is an issue for discussion / debate whether MLM is an "inappropriate" sale practice or not, but Google sees it (to my understanding) as a violation of the advertiser claims section of the Policy;
