Yes this should be no problem, your destination URL can even vary by keyword if you need. The only policy that you need to follow here is is ensuring your using the same top and second level domains (.com or .au being top level | google or youtube being second level) in an ad group.
Ad 1 dest url: youtube.com
Ad 2 dest url: google.com
In this example if the creative were in the same AdGroup they would be disapproved because they have separate second level domains.
