Is advertiser violating the double serving policy

As an Adwords user, i'm curious and frustrated when I see someone violating the double serving policy. Whats more frustrating is when we report it several times over the years, wait patiently for Google to correct the issue but nothing gets done. It makes it difficult for us to compete and drives up our advertising costs. I'm wondering if there is something these sites are doing that would allow them to serve multiple ad's for the same business?

Adwords are looking into this.. apparently. Will post about it again in a week see if anything changes. Fingers crossed.

Google used to be really good when it came to double serving violations. It appears to me as of late that the terms have been relaxed for reasons one can only believe to be profit driven.

Hi All,

Thanks for your concern about advertisers who are gaining an unfair advantage of the ad network by showing multiple ads for their business.

I would like to recommend that you submit advertisers who are doing this through this form: https://support.google.com/adwords/troubleshooter/4578507?rd=1#ts=4578511

At Google, we do review accounts, and ads, and landing pages, and we also review all submissions to us about these potential violations. Sometimes it can take a few days to see action taken on these, and this is simply because there are such high volumes.

Kathleen
