Hello,

I have tried to upload a flash banner but I get the message " Image data is too large" but my file is only 67 kb. Can you help me?

Hello, Aleka.

I doubt that the problems are caused by the size, but you may want to check that you used the correct Flash version.

"AdWords currently supports only Adobe Flash Player versions 4 through 10.1. If your ad uses any other version (such as 10.2), it cannot be uploaded."

Here's the complete policy: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/176108?hl=en

Hope it helps.

Same issue here with a 46Kb file.

In addition, I've tried uploading a 96Kb file that was approved for a campaign last month but this time I got the same "Image data is too large." message

Same issue here with many swf files under 150kb and in flash version 9. This is a clear issue that needs to be solved.

Just talked to someone at Google. It's an internal problem they're currently trying to resolve. No ETA on a solution.

As Rick said, it is a bug that the Google devs are working on. We'll update this thread as soon as we know more about it.
