[Image ads] Unacceptable animation length:

Visitor ✭ ✭ ✭

I recieved a notification in respect of my flash ad banner.

below is the detail:

[Image ads] Unacceptable animation length: To ensure a good user experience, animations in image ads can't last for more than 30 seconds (at a 15-20 fps frame rate). After 30 seconds, the animation must remain static.

Point to be noticed:

1: My swf banner is 12-13 seconds long.

2: Frame rate is 20 fps

then what is the problem?

Please help me out of here.

My first thought is one of two things.

1: Your file itself might be set to last more than 30 seconds, even though your animation is only 12-13 seconds long. Check in your original .FLA flie (at least, I'm assuming you created it with Adobe Flash) to make sure that your final keyframes aren't past the 30 second marking.

2. have you checked to make sure that you don't have your banner set to repeat? Sometimes files can get booted because the SWF repeats its animation longer than 30 seconds.

Hope that helps.
