Image Ads not appearing

I recently started a new campaign for a new client and am having issues creating display ads.  Where I've never had any problem in the past simply plugging in my client's URL and having Google create some great HTML5 and Flash display ads, now nothing shows up. Just gray squares which will not allow me to edit at all.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this situation?

Try a different browser. The browser needs to support flash to edit the flash objects.

Since nothing is loading in your described situation and you cannot edit anything, it must be the browser.

I am using the most recent version of Chrome, so I would imagine it would work, but I will try Firefox. Thanks

There could be plug-ins (extensions) canceling certain functions or preventing stuff from loading normally. Try also a session in Incognito mode (CTRL+SHIFT+N) because it stops extensions.

It was an extension. Got it fixed. Thanks.
