How resolve unclear billing issue.

My one old was suspended some site policy issue so i am close this account and fix site policy issue afte create new account. And this account approved. but after my new account also suspended show this messege in account Your account is suspended We've identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. so how to resolve this issue please help me.
