How long does it take for Google to investigate a complaint?[ Edited ]

Filed a complaint about Art Heist and Framed Art Warehouse. Apparently there have been several complaints through the BBB. The ad words are still up and am sure they are fraudulently taking peoples' money.
How long will Google let this go on?
Are Google searches honest?
Do not evil. Really?
Re: How long does it take for Google to investigate a complaint?
Google takes complaints very seriously and investigates all complaints filed.
As for how long it might take before you, a member of the public, see any "action" taken, that's a different matter. It depends on a large number of factors, from the number of complaints in the queue ahead of a specific report to a variety of legal procedures.
If you have filed a complaint about an advertiser then it will be read and looked into. Google will make the appropriate legal decision and take action (or not take action) based on that. If you have filed complaint, you have done all you can or should do.
