How fast can I unblock my AdWords Account? What's the best way to do that?

Briefly, we hired a company to make some Google AdWords campaigns for our website (website recently launched). Yesterday we received the news that our website violated Google policies and the account is suspended.
This is what Google wrote us:
"Hello,
We wanted to alert you that one of your sites violates our advertising policies. Therefore, we won't be able to run any of your ads that link to that site, and any new ads pointing to that site will also be disapproved.
Here's what you can do to fix your site and hopefully get your ad running again:
1. Make the necessary changes to your site that currently violates our policies:
Display URL: ....
Policy violation: Untrustworthy promotions
Details & instructions: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6020955#368
2. Resubmit your site to us, following the instructions in the link above. If your site complies with our policies, we can approve it to start running again.
Repeated violations of our advertising policies could result in a suspension of your AdWords account, so it's important to address any issues as soon as possible by reviewing our policies."

The company in charge four our website and AdWords campaign didn't provide me the exactly details of why did this happened and they just told me the following:
"We have some feedback from google and as I mentioned to you last week the Ad words Campaign has been suspended indefinitely for a few reasons which are going to take time to resolve.
i. The domain conflicts created a confusion as to which business this new domain pertained to, hence this was flagged.
ii. The fact the domain was brand new and due to its name google flagged it as a potential spam site.
iii. A typical suspension with google can last anything up to 2-3 months."

It's true that it can take 2-3 months to solve this problem, or the company hired to do the website and the AdWords campaign is just stalling for time? Any advices for how can I solve this problem are more than welcomed. Thank you!

Hi @Sakina a,

No, I would not agree with the company's responses:

i. The domain conflicts created a confusion as to which business this new domain pertained to, hence this was flagged.
ii. The fact the domain was brand new and due to its name google flagged it as a potential spam site.
iii. A typical suspension with google can last anything up to 2-3 months."

Google's response also is clear on what happened and that as soon as the website is fixed, you can resubmit and have ads working again. This can take hours after you resubmit... not months.

1. Make the necessary changes to your site that currently violates our policies:
Display URL: ....
Policy violation: Untrustworthy promotions
Details & instructions: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6020955#368
2. Resubmit your site to us, following the instructions in the link above. If your site complies with our policies, we can approve it to start running again.

I would read all of the info in the Google Support link they provided, create a plan and implement the changes right away, and resubmit. Since your website is new and violates AdWords advertising policy, it most-likely is not going to fair well in the organic SERPs (search engine result pages).

Kind Regards,

James

Hi James,
Thank you so much for your reply. The website URL is: http://www.businessfirstclassdiscountflights.com/
Google AdWords support just replied to me right now by saying:
"Your AdWords account has been suspended because it does not comply with our "Misleading Content and Missing Information" policy on untrustworthy behavior.
Policy violation:
Untrustworthy behavior
About this violation:
When we suspend an advertiser for untrustworthy behavior, it typically means that there is something fundamentally wrong with the business itself, posing an immediate threat to our users' safety -- whether online or offline. Examples of untrustworthy behavior include enticing users to part with money or information under false or unclear pretenses; presenting a false identity, business name, or contact information; charging users for products or services typically available for free; and sites that are "phishing" for users' information.
We take untrustworthy behavior very seriously and consider them to be an egregious violation of our policies. In determining whether an advertiser or site is untrustworthy, we may review information from multiple sources including your ad, website, accounts, and third party sources. Advertisers or sites that are found to be untrustworthy will be immediately suspended and won't be allowed to advertise with us again.
See the policy: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6020955
Our specialists have completed a thorough review of your account, site, and ads and have suspended your account only after concluding with high confidence that you have violated our policies. We reinstate accounts only if there's compelling evidence that we made an error. If you believe we've made an error, you can appeal this decision with any additional information you can provide."

I have read the information from the link provided by Google, but there are so many vague things (for me) that I don't know which who to begin with. I cannot believe that the company in charge with this did so many mistakes.
Thank you!
