Hello,

My account for getoutofpaydayloandebt.com was suspended. I have filled out every single form provided. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything back from google. They keep telling me I should hear something in 24-72 hours every single time I call. Its been 3 weeks with 0 response so far. Before filling out the forms I contacted google 3 times. One rep would not give me a reason why it was suspended they just said i was suspended for life and not to create any more accounts. The second rep I spoke to said i didn't have enough content and that I needed to add more content. The third rep I spoke to said that I was suspended because i took to long to add my billing info. I told him I added it the first day I created my account. After putting me on hold for a while he got back and said it appears to be a google bug on the billing and he instructed me to create a new account with all the same info. I did that and the new account got suspended in 2 days before I could even launch it. Since then, every rep has told me to fill out the appeal form and I have. Its been 3 weeks and they keep saying we'll contact you in 24-72 hours or they tell me to refill out the form. I believe my site is 100% compliant, I have never had another adwords account thus I have never been suspended before. How can I get someone from google to help me and tell me why they are suspending me.  My site has way more info than all the competitors in the same field and I have all the same disclosures. I do not understand. Please someone help.

Please, only respond with genuine answers and/or questions. I'm not looking to hear people bash googles practices. Just looking for solutions... Thank You.

Moshe,

That's the thing. It's going on 3 weeks now and I haven't even received any reply yet. Every time I called they said they'll send me a reply in 24-72 hours and never do.

This is all I have ever received from them:

While reviewing your account, we found violations of our AdWords policies in this or a related account. As a result, your account has unfortunately been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google.

Moshe,

They finally got back to me and this is what they said:

Thanks for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed the account 163-237-6438 and confirmed that it is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.

Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Hi Ricky;

Well, it seems that the decision is final. You are advertising a very sensitive business of loans / financial services, and Google is very strict that advertisers will fully comply with all sections of the Policy.
Sorry!

Moshe,

But I don't provide loans or specific financial services I do marketing. Still, I have added all the disclosures as if I am in financial services. I know they are going after the predatory Payday Loan market but so am I. I'm trying to help people that have illegal payday loans. I help them get out of the payday loan trap. I've read the policies inside and out and have fixed anything noticeable. How can they do this and make it final if I never even advertised. They nor any user has received any damage due to anything I did. I am willing to fix whatever the problem is. I can't believe they are doing this to small businesses when there whole direction is trying to get small businesses on board. This is crazy.

Still, my view - your site does not comply since you a are a broker / intermediate  entity between a lender and an individual seeking a loan or seeking to refinance  his payday loan. Hence, you're subject to the Policy.
