As we recently discovered Google includes our country, Ukraine to the list of states where advertisng of birth control or fertility products are prohibited. Due to this fact our medical center should change the specialized texts on our web-site dedicated to the cancer treatment.

Let me kindly inform you that there is NO birth control in Ukraine. Below you can find the search string for the words "condom advertizing" in Ukrainian language limited to the territory of Ukraine.

How we can request Google to exclude Ukraine from mentioned list?

Hey Constantin

According to my knowledge, you cannont force Google to do anything. It's private company's politics to not allow advertise such products in certain countries. Maybe in future this will change and Ukraine will be removed.

Hello, Lukasz,

Ok, it looks pretty nice when the private company is confident that it determines the legislation of other countries. Anyway, thank you for the answer.

Constantin,

It's not concerned about legislation, just Google's rules.
For example Google don't allow advertise botox or payday loans but in fact you can advertise this in Ukraine. There is many other examples when google's policy doesn't match local laws and there is nothing to do with this.
