Help with suspension (noobie)

Hey guys/gals,

 

I'm relatively new when it comes to setting these new accounts up but am having an issue I'm having trouble resolving. 

 

We purchased a domain and have decided to advertise it on adwords so we went through the steps and set everything up.


Two days passed and the account was suspended, and I'm having trouble to figure out exactly why, or to get it resolved.

 

Error: "

Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified."
 
We called the bank and ensured that they were allowing charges from google and even saw a small charge go through when setting the account up. 
 
I'm really at a loss of what to do.

Hello, why don't you have terms and privacy links available? Why can't I read about you (about us link)? It seems like you are hiding your real identify, moreover with Domains by Proxy domain ownership, that's very non standard for eshop..... However, when you received email regarding to billing, there may be a problem with personal data, using suspicious IP probably, or AdWords simply hate domainsbyproxy hiding? You are not alone with billing problems here, this would be great to receive at least some clarify from AdWords team.

I should have specified that some parts of the site are still under construction. We're working hard to get it all fully functional and completed.

We're an honest and caring business and aren't hiding, just rushing to complete!

I'm not sure why they've set that up as domainsbyproxy, I can probably recommend that we fix that issue asap.

That's a bit weird that billing could possibly be effected by that though, but I guess it could make sense. Thanks for the input!

  I think that domainsbyproxy is not the biggest problem - the problem is that you did not (as many others) read the terms properly before. Nobody know the real issue behind billing suspensions, we can just guess - and missing privacy is probably the most visible that everybody argues here. Try to fix it and send them appeal. And let us know how it worked Smiley Happy

We aren't taking online orders yet through the site, it's a tough web build and I think we're working on possible implementation for that in the future.

 

I think I'll stress that we need those additional pages done asap and try to request a review.
