Help! My GIF Display ad has been rejected for Strobing or Flashing

Help!  I am a physical product developer.  My GIF Display ad has been rejected for "Strobing" or "Flashing".

Could someone please tell me how I can make the dynamic GIF ad visible to you,  (couldn't post with link)

Could you please help me to learn what the reasons could be for rejection, and what I should ask my ad designer to modify???  It will likely be obvious to one of you with years of familiarity.

This is my first Google ad attempt and support is crucially needed. Thank you!

Hoping to hear from someone.   Google does not tell me any specifics beyond "Strobing" or "Flashing" as the reason for rejection.

Please help?!  Thanks again!

Hello Jim S,

Here you or your ad designer can read the technical specifications Image ads:
http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/176108?hl=en

Adwords is very strict with a lot of requirements. These are written in the advertising policies:

I hope this helps you

Hi JimS,

This happenes when some of the timings between the frames are too short. (for instance 3 frames with 0.1 seconds in between). The system checks wheather the average framerate is greater than 5 seconds.

Basically, adjust/prolong the timings between certain frames.

Hope this helps Smiley Happy

With kind regards,

Mike
