Well, here we are, going on 6 months since we got our account suspended for user safety policy because our products have a warning letter from the FDA. Guess big monopolotic coporations have immunity to Google Adwords policies because they are able to continue advertising banned substances on Adwords program without punishment. Google Account Manager said that the products were taken down 2 months ago and still Ebay and Amazon continue to have the ability to advertise the products with any type of account suspensions or termination. I would suspect this malicious activity should be punishable like all of us small businesses are for violating policies but that certainly is not the case when you are a big spender.

It's really sad to see that small businesses are no longer able to sell their own products on Google Adwords because of policy violations, yet these big businesses continue to advertise products against policy even after they have been told to remove them, some even having their ads removed and yet break policy and advertise the same products months after their ads have been taken down.

When will we see justice? When we will small businesses be treated fairly and have equal opportunity? We demand answers!

You probably won't get an answer from Google.  They turn a blind eye to their own hypocrisy.

You are right, it's been over 5 months and still no answer, yet big corporations are able to continue advertising our manufactured products without repercussion and punishment.

Just to point out, Google has no problem allowing companies like Pfizer to advertise products on Google Adwords that have killed individuals and put people in the hospital for a number of different health reasons. Seems fair enough doesn't it?

Still no response from Google... guess they don't have a problem with Ebay advertising banned substances on their ad network.

Another day, another Google Adwords Policy Violation from a Class A client.

violation

We get suspended, while eBay a Class-A client gets to do whatever they want with no regard to Google Adwords Policies. This is after their original ads had been taken down. Any other business that isn't a Class-A client would have their accounts terminated for blatant disregard to Google Adwords Policy.

Where is the equal opportunity at people?
