Hi,

I have an account- advertise from March this year. Google suspended my account, and as an explanation they told me that I shouldn't advertise another bussiness with different url. The interesting is that we have a sponsorhip on this bussiness and we are like agency.

I tried to explain them, but they didn't want to hear me. Only send me instructions to send their form for submitting an account, but on hell there is no place to attach anything / I want to send them an official document from another bussiness that they gave us all the information to advertise they account/. So I send the feedback from without attached file, and send email to support with attached document.

They respond me that is no way to resend my document to team who needs this? What on earth is this?

Hi,

AdWords accounts cannot be shared, no matter what. When an agency or third party operates AdWords for another business, each business must have their own AdWords account.

Agencies will use a AdWords Manager account to manage multiple individual AdWords accounts.

Some people 'attempt' to use one AdWords account for more than one business by segregating via campaigns... which is completely wrong, abuses the system and abuses the business they are attempting to advertise for.

Once you correct everything, you can use this information to learn about your next steps and how to submit the information and account for final review. Please note that simply submitting documents from a business does not circumvent AdWords policy or best practices... so you should research them and learn.

Kind Regards,

James

Hi James,

thanks for your reply.

I have a MCC profile and create new account -it was approved by Google and today I started to create new campaign but this new account was suspended again. I ask support what to do, they explain me that it will be for every account in future I will create because of the first one which is suspended.

How to connect to technical team? Support said it wasn't nothing to do any more.

@Marina S;

The initial account that was in violation must be fixed. You MUST fix the first violation, before submitting an appeal. Any new account you open without fixing the  first violation will be suspended. Google is very strict / firm on this Policy
