Google says dissaproved for information harvesting

I originally had my adwords campaigned disapproved for this site

I chatted them and they said I dont have the proper disclaimers and saying about privacy and not selling info to 3rd parties.

So, I am now targeting which has proper disclaimers and now I am disaproved for information harvesting.

You can clearly see I am not asking for any email or information unless someone clicks on the career tab.

This is a legitimate company looking for people interested in selling insurance online backed by the World FinancialGroup and TransAmerica.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get approved?

Hi Ian;
Your site violates number sections: Among them: Misrepresentation of self, product, or service, and the financial services section.

You should  approach  Policy compliance differently;

Hi, Can't say my site violates a number of sections as you say. It's a very legitimate site backed by World Financial Group and TransAmerica. I spoke to a rep at adwords and they don't see anything wrong and bumped it up to a specialist. As you can plainly see on this page there is no harvesting of information and I have perfect disclosures. It's not until someone clicks the "careers" section that I ask for info. What contact page on ANY site doesnt ask for information for contact???
