Google adwords creates unfair business practices

As a marketer we have worked with many adsources to get our message out, but has google taken it to far to try and be a user centric business with no mercy for businesses.

Let me tell my story. I am an affiliate marketer who offers businesses a helping hand who don't have the understanding of the internet. When I started I helped along time ago it was marketing software. Which later on the company went out of business but my account was flagged for new business address on the site even though clearly I was not marketing the site for some time before and after the closure. Called their so called "Googl'ers" and had the issue verbally "resolved" How wrong I was and would haunt me forever in my account. So continuing on I continued marketing for others.

I had in place tracking URL's. They were cleared of mal-ware and viruses on all webtools. Google suspends my account claiming that that one of my url's has mal-ware. They pinpoint it to a url link, this url link is clean on my end with no detection of mal-ware. It is a tracking url that is all. I explain I need further explanation for this so I can clean it up. I am really trying to work with google on this to fix their problem but they are not being forthcoming in helping me. They say that they will have a special team look at it, they never got back to me. After sometime with back and fourth with google they come and say that they finally understand that its a tracking url and have issues with this type in the past and cleared the flagged.

Now it gets good. Remember when I talked about that first flag on the phyiscal address. Well now they said I need to clear that flag before I can be unsuspended. What the heck! The site was sold after the company went out of business I told them. They don't care...it needs to be cleared they said. So after about 2 weeks I finally pinpoint the company that owns the downsite. I work with them on helping me in exchange for my services. They fix the site and I submit to google...flagged cleared...account all cleaned up!

I go back to google. They said now it has to be reviewed by another team. A suspension team. I said no problem, after I was told that when all the flags were cleared that the account can be un suspended. Well guess what...1 week passes. Google team comes back and says that the account is to remain suspended! I said I just spent 2 months cleaning everything up. with flags that were not even huge flags like double serving, just simple phyiscal address and an google not understanding about tracking urls. So why! The lady helping me was very nice and had a veteran googl'er explain to her on how to approach the suspension team. She goes back to the team and explains all, I think anyways. Well again the suspension is final, then they have the nerve to charge my account the final bill.

I then offer my dad the advertising accounts I was working with. The ones that have not yet been flagged. He says sure and I pass them off. 3 weeks later he gets a notice stating that his account has been suspended for billing issues. Google completely shuts off all communication to him with no explanation. Only thing he can do is send and email with the same automated response. He contests through the suspension site and they say sorry word is final. Even though he his account has been clean and been charged of transactions for some time.

I understand google wants top notch user centric experience, but what about working with legit and true businesses? Seems like we are all shady in the eyes of google even though they said we did nothing wrong. It really makes me upset at them as I love most of the their products but now I am becoming very anti google.

How can they be user centric if businesses can't offer customers their products to help make consumers lives better. Oh thats probably because google wants to be the only one to offer that service. Which appears to be true in latest news on google manipulating searches to offer their products and services over others such as youtube and lawsuits from countries.

My future with google is bleak as a consumer and a business partner. I now advocate to all my friends and family to turn an eye when looking at google products and services. Yes I am writing on the google forums(a service from google), which will probably be removed but I hope to reach out to some of you before that who are in the same position with the hopes of one day having google open their eyes. The only way to do that is to go against them and hurt them in their pocket book with not using their services or products.

That is all...Keep calm and carry on.

Hello there;
There seems to be number of landing page violations. I will escalate the case to a Google specialist that should be able to "pin point" the exact reason. Please be patient. I could take some time.

Landing pages were approved at the time by the policy team. I assume because suspension team only looks at how many violations were made, all were hastly addressed and fixed led me to assume that they do not look at the RESOLVED 1, RESOLVED 2, but rather FLAG 1, FLAG 2 = leave suspension...

Any help in resolving and getting this matter fixed is a huge plus towards you Moshe...

Google Adowrds is ruthless they do not give a monkey if you pay £1M per year they will still suspend your account.

Thousands of good businessmen have been kicked of adwords, do a search on google for suspension, its only a matter of time when there are no businessmen left who want to advertise with adwords and that will be the end. No adword customers, all suspended, end for google.

@asif A, all policies were followed. All flags were removed in this case it was a tracking url that was mistaken as mal-ware and google policy team even said it was the bots fault for flagging it as such. 2nd mistake was that the address issue plagued my account for 2 years. Which I was not even marketing before it flagged for no physical address.

I had to track down the new domain owner and ask him to include an address so I can get it unflagged..which I did. These are minor infractions, I never DS or did anything that was blacklisted.

Even my rep who is was a 7 year veteran at google said that there is no reason that I should have had a stay in suspension.
