Hi when I google my company name, first comes an ad which is "linked to the name" beacuse they have our company name in their ad "source" . Is this legal?

Google allow you to use your competitors names in your keywords - but you are not allowed to use trademarked names in ad copy. If your company name is trademarked then it cannot be used in anyone's ads but your own and you can file a complaint with Google.
