Google ads for companies that are not associated with my company

Hi,

My company is registered in England and Wales. HR Support Services Ltd.

When you do a google search it pulls up 3 ads for companies claiming to be "HR Support Services" but I have never heard of them and not collected any franchise fee/given permission for them to use my trading style.

How do I get these ads removed, I assume Google took a fee for these ads?

Thanks

Hi Nigel H,

I agree with where Moshe TLV is going with this one. If your business is a registered trademark in the UK, fill out the trademark complaint form here: http://goo.gl/bvPwQD.

Trademark Policy is here if you'd like any additional information: http://goo.gl/t0d7N9.
