Google User Safety Policy Violation

Hello AdWords Community!

I am now almost bald from near tearing out all my hair with trying to get my site past the User Safety policy. I have been working with Google AdWords support but I just seem to be spinning my tires with them.

My affiliate site is of a medical nature featuring holistic healing ebooks. I had a laundy list of changes now completed to comply but can't seem to get past this last one. One of the AdWords support team had spoken with a Policy Specialist and had come back stating the following:

"Due to the medical nature of the content on the site we require validation from accredited medical sources in order to advertise for this type of content.
If you cannot provide accreditation, then we would require disclaimers claiming that the site is either for entertainment purposes, or stating the varying nature of possible results."
Now I do have a lengthy disclaimer on the site located as a link on the footer of all pages labeled "Disclaimer". Why is this not passing?
Do I need to put a disclaimer link under all promoted products?
Does the disclaimer need to be typed out under all products?

Yes, you need to display the disclaimer link on all the pages where you display your products. If you use a CMS like wordpress or joomla then it would be easier to display your link on the footer of all pages.

Just write a disclaimer like this "The benefits or effects vary from person to person and you may consult your physician for a advice" Just be clear about what are the likely results. Don't exaggerate anything. Also it is wise to display links such as terms, privacy policy and contact us on every pages.

Once you have done this you can submit your account for a review.

Hello digitalproducts; welcome to AdWords community;

Before you run into writing disclaimers and legal notices carefully review the AdWords healthcare Policy.

I am suspicious, if your site, due to its nature, is approved at all,

Could you share a link of the website URL
