be certain to submit the google-provided aclk url,
that points to the retailers landing-page, and a
simple, succinct summary of the policy violation,
using the appropriate form --

submitting a merchant's site url, any other link on
google-shopping, or any other url or information --
without the aclk url -- is usually inadequate for
google to take action.

Often these violations are accidental, and the merchant is thinking primarily about the best images for their website visitors.

In this case it seems deliberate, as the images mentioning "price promise" aren't on their website.
