Google Merchant Center Account Suspended - Please Help

Hello All,

 

I'm trying to run Product Listing Ads and uploaded my feed via Google Merchant Center.  While it was awaiting review, a critical error message showed up saying all our images were being blocked by our robots.txt file.  Basically, our server was blocking Google from downloading images.  A day later, our Merchant Center account got suspended but the violation was: 

 

NO ONLINE PURCHASING MEANS
 
Google Shopping requires websites participating in the program to provide a way for users to purchase the product through an online payment service, directly from the website or through other alternative payment methods such as cash on delivery, invoicing or payment upon collection. Payment and transaction processing, as well as processing of any personal information of the user (such as the address), must be secure (SSL-protected, with a valid SSL certificate).

 

At this point, I'm not sure if fixing our robots.txt would resolve the suspension or whether it is something with the above violatoin. We have a regular e-commerce site which gets normal transactions on a daily basis so I don't fully understand what we are violating.  I will fix the robots.txt file but I don't want to risk another suspension after I re-submit.  Does anyone know if our suspension was for the critical error relating to the images or something else related to the "No Online Purchasing Means?"

Received the same notification. Payments are go through Paypal. Not sure what this is referring to.
