Hey,

I have 2 display network campaigns and yesterday I wanted to change few of the banners. Suddenly my ads are disapproved and according to a google adwords specialists, it is because I don't have business name or a logo. Is there a way I can keep making my banners without logo or business name and still get them to be approved?

No, if Google says you need to add those requirements then there is no work-around. Here is a list of ad policies: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6008942?visit_id=1-636180183535083206-2767220230&rd=...

My guess is that without adding a logo and business name, it falls under the category of Misrepresentation (or Abusing the ad network). Be sure to fix these and follow the policies, or else you risk having your account permanently suspended.
