Google AdWords and free trial downloads

Google AdWords closes campaigns that lead to a web-/productpage with download of trial - if you are not the developer of this software yourself.

We (www.alfasoft.com) are a distributor and reseller of scientific software in Europe. We have many software products with many developers (PTC, Intel, QSR, StataCorp, Systat, Clarivate, Texas Instruments, ThermoLabs Fisher, etc.). One of our main leads channel is prospects downloading and testing the free trial of the software we offer.

How can we continue to run Google AdWords campaign, but still offer our viewers a free trial of our software products?

1. Stop using Google AdWords

2. Use a different domain with landing pages and link buttons, that links to our product pages (with trial downloads)

3. ?

You either charge for the trial or can  an authorization as a  primary distributor in a given territory. (One distributor is allowed per country for a free download)

Thank you for your answer Moshe!

This will not work for most of our software. Even though we are the only
authorised distributor of the software in our countries/regions, and we get
an authorization from the producers, Google Adwords still say no, because
the producer offers the same trials world-wide. Anyone can go to
www.endnote.com and download the trial, we can not ask them to stop this.

But what if I do not advertise "free trial of EndNote" in our Google
Adwords campaign, but rather "Buy EndNote here!", and lead the campaign to
our product webpage. Can we still offer free trial on our product page (and
campaign will not be stopped)?

Or what about having no mention of free trials in our Google AdWords
campaigns, and leading the prospect to a landing page with no mention of
free trial, but a link til our product page (with buy button and free trial
button)?

Sorry for all the questions, but this is a real problem for us. We need to
have the free trials on our product pages. I am just trying to find a
solution to still be able to use Google Adwords. If we can not find a
solution to this problem, we will have to stop using Google Adwords.

If you are the only authorized distributor, the software developer can submit a Google an authorization form.

Otherwise, you must charge for the trail.

Whether you promote the free trial or not on within the ad-text, as long as you promote the software on Google, you must charge for the download. I would not advise to look for "workarounds"
