Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing info...

Can anyone help?

My account was suspended, I'm not sure what the problem is, I changed my CC info because my previous card had expired, I was also trying to run ads for a company that is MLM based and I was not aware that this was a violation of Google AdWords policy.  I have since removed all the ads and campaigns from my account and now I have the following message at the top of my account:

 

"Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified."

 

I emailed support stating that I had removed all ads and campaigns and got the following email in response.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your AdWords account.

We’d like to let you know that your account is currently under review and we’re prioritizing this over other issues you may have written to us about. Our Specialists already know about this issue, and an investigation is underway. We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information. We'll send you an update after the investigation is complete, typically within three business days.

Once we provide you with an update, please feel free to reply to this email if you have any questions regarding your AdWords account or contact us through http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/request.py.

An hour later I received an email stating the following:

Dear Advertiser, Thank you for your email.

*** Please do not respond to this system-generated email. ***

While reviewing your account, we found violations of our AdWords policies in this or a related account. As a result, your account has unfortunately been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google.

For information on the terms associated with AdWords account use, please review our Terms and Conditions at: https://adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder

If you have a prepaid balance remaining in your account, you can request a refund at any time by following the instructions at: http://support.google.com/adwords/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1703646

My billing information is up to date so this sounds like I am in violation of their terms somehow but I have no ads or campaigns in my account. The only account tied to this one is my Analytics account and I removed the connection to the site.

 

This response is so vague how can anyone figure out how to fix their account so that they are operating within the Terms and Conditions if Google doesn't provide the information of what or where the violation is.  This just boggles my mind, can anyone help me figure this out?

I think your best bet is to call Google themselves to get some answers because waiting on these auto generated emails can be frustrating and when you call the reps they are more than happy to look into it and help right there.

The Google AdWords support number is open from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm EST Monday – Friday.

Oh I've tried this number many times, it gets me no where, to get anywhere you have to enter you account # and when I do it just tells me my account does not comply with Googles Terms & Conditions and has been suspended.

 

So far in my experience, Google Customer Support is completely useless, I can't get any help figuring out why my account is suspended.
