Google Ad Disabled

Hi, our web address link, vbscrown.com, is not broken.  It has not been broken since its launch a few months ago.  This is the second time this week that our ad has been disabled for "broken link".  Each of these two times has occurred when our existing ad was edited and saved.  Our team now has to decide whether we will continue using Adwords after today.

At the time of us sending our first email, we had spoken with someone on LiveChat the prior night and they assured us that our ad was up and running and that there was no problems with it.  They even visited our website and said everything was in proper order.  Yet at the moment that we sent sent our first email about this issue, our ad was still not running. Our webserver’s analytics said that, as of that moment, we had 1,540 visits the day prior, 945 visits that day, and the last visit that was 52 minutes and 17 seconds prior to us sending our first email.  Our ad has now been down for four days and we have not had any reply from your team.

We are requesting that our ad be re-enabled, that we receive some form of compensation for the downtime of our ad, and that you all document what is happening in our situation so that you can remedy this in the future for us and anyone else who may have the same problem with your system integration.

Hi there,

Your site is slow to load, so that is most likely the problem. See here:
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=vbscrown.com

Google takes user experience very seriously, and won't run ads for sites that load too slowly.

Regarding compensation, that is typically reserved for when money you have spent has not provided what you expected. If your ads aren't running, you are not being charged.

Honestly, I would not promote the site, with its current design  and structure on Google. First rebuild the site using  current platform and material design.

Thank you for your response. PageSpeed Insights give our page a 99 out of 100 for User Experience. Our google ad is up and running now.  Over the last three days, we have had two people direct from Google Adwords visit our page and tell us that there was nothing wrong and that our ad was up and running.  That is point of this post.  That we were told our ad was up and running with no problems after direct website visit and verification, but our ad was not running.

Yes, 99/100 for user experience. The issue here is speed.

In that tool Google is referring to the user experience of the items on the page like button and font sizes

I was referring to the user experience of a searcher, of which page load speed is a major factor.
