Followed help desk advice yet account gets suspended

I have been using adwords for many years, and my ads run smoothly although there were a few reviews and violations along the way which been resolved and preventive measures were set in place.

 

About 2 months ago, one of my ads is suspended, and after consultation with the friendly help lines, the said ads is released and running without me making any changes to it. But after a few days the same ads is suspended again, hence I rang the help lines and they could not figure out what was the reason for the ads suspension. So, I keep following up with the help line, and all of a sudden my whole account is suspended.

 

Help line advised me to removed the ads that causing the problem, I did but still suspended.

 

I didn't give up and called again, Help line guided me to create a new account by clearing all the ads in the old account. It works! But not for long, my new account get suspended again.

 

I called up help line, they said it's not their authority to help in my case. 

 

I tried to browse through the existing treads, couldn't find anything exactly similar to my case, or I couldn't find any workable solution.

 

I am desperate, PLEASE HELP.

Just to add in additional information, below is the last response from non-reply adword email:

Thank you for writing in. While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behaviour in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorised activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts.

Please help. TQVM.

Hi Warren,

Sad to hear but there might be something wrong that is violating the adwords policy anyhow.

You must have received an email from the adwords support with the reason for the suspended ad and to take immediate action to prevent further account suspension, please cross check your email associated with adword account.

Else, you can check it within your adwords account with "policy details" metrics.

Though this metrics is not a default metrics within your adwords dashboard but you can add customise your dashboard.

Go to the ads tab >> columns sub-tab >> modify columns >> attributes >> add policy details >> apply.

Now you will be able to see the reason for the suspension.

Hi Archit, all my ads are approved. I guess the account suspension is not because of any of my ads.

Yes, now a days this is the most common issue for the accounts suspension.
You can contact adwords support explaining everything that all your ads are approved but you account has been suspended due to 'suspicious behaviour in the payment activity'.

I can't even talk to them on helpline now once I keyed in my account number, the call is cut off.

My payment has not been a problem all these while, why are they doing this to me? haha! I am a bit disappointed.

You can try the email support.
go to the settings(gear icon) in the adwords account >> help >> email.

Write your issue within appropriate category(payment and billing)
