Any claim about food supplement which is not supported by the common scientific acceptable practices - cannot be promoted. So you can sell the product (assuming it does not contain unauthorized ingredients) but without mentioning any claim about the improvement of brain functionality; (e.g. Helps Boost Memory, Concentration & Mental Drive - is a claim which is not allowed)
