Fix a suspended site

1. How do we go about finding out which specific "misleading or unrealistic promotions" are in violation?

2. Also, why are all of our ads suspended?

Please let us know where we are in violation, because we sincerely want to address the issues -- we just can't figure out what they are.

Thanks!

Hi Moore
Welcome to the community.

Usually, these are pretty obvious. This is usually a good start: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6020955?hl=en

In many cases, this can even mean a change to the entire business model. For example "Cure your testicular cancer with this new revolutionary ointment made in our lab in china" is probably not going to be acceptable without scientific proof and changing the wording of your site wont do much.

This violation is usually down to the business model itself and no re-wording can help.

Bear in mind, if you received a final termination notice from AdWords, they mean final and there wont be anything that you can do.

However, if you want to share your URL(s) with us, we'll usually be able to help point you in at least the right direction.

Thanks so much for the quick reply!

Here are the landing pages:

http://www.moorechiropracticaustin.com/page/austin-tx-chiropractor-exam-coupon.html
http://www.moorechiropracticaustin.com/page/ideal-protein-weight-loss-diet-austin.html

We've used he first landing page with AdWords for years without any problems, and although the second landing page does contain certain claims, it also contains links to pages containing specific details that validate each claim. However, please let us know if we are in violation with any of them, and we will definitely make the necessary changes.

Thanks again!

This text is the problem - the suspension is triggered by weight loss claims that mention a time period:

Start your journey before March 31st and receive half off the initial consultation charge (a savings of $75). Bring a friend and get your consult free. On average patients will lose 2 to 4 lbs a week.
In the last four months, our office lost over 50 lbs and over 300 lbs since we started Ideal Protein in our office!

It needs a disclaimer.

Hi Moore,

I have visited your both landing pages. You are claiming for treatments. Although your entire services are related to health and this is the reason of suspension.

Your second landing page has clear indication of suspension because of Images, weight loss and lots of external links.

I hope you had received a mail regarding the suspension from Google. You will find there the exact reason into your mail. Take necessary action mentioned on your mail.

Please read this link carefully for the policy guidelines :

Hope I helped you.

Thanks
Virendra

I removed the weight loss claims that mention a time period -- do yo see any other violations on either landing page, now?

Thanks for your help, Virendra!

Unfortunately, we did not receive anything other than the following general statement:

Policy violation: Misleading or unrealistic promotions
Details & instructions: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6020955?hl=en#357

I removed the weight loss claims, several images, and I also removed some of the external links on the second page -- do you currently see any violations on either landing page, now?
