Hi

I have an ad that will go to a destination URL of apply.xxxxxbank.com (ad domain will = landing page domain).

The landing page has form. Once completed, the form redirects to xxx.toxxxx.com (final URL). I am new to ad words, but this is not allowed , correct? Is there any way around this if the destination domain holder is a customer of our and its allow this redirect to happen?

Hi there,

There is nothing wrong with that set up. It is very common for landing pages to use mailing list providers, and after signing up you end up at a different domain.

However, there are two situations where this is not allowed in AdWords:

1) The main purpose of your ads is to send people to xxx.toxxxx.com

2) You are an affiliate

So, it's OK because that's a service you are using to manage the form submissions that you are receiving.

But not OK if you are getting paid for providing leads for someone else.

Thanks - to be clear on form submission , the landing page domain of
apply.banka.com will redirect to abc.towin.com , the purpose of this domain
is to have the user complete an application...(landing page on
apply.banka.com captures the initial info)

Is this ok?
