I got this reply from google after i submit my feed

The above response doesn't clarify particular problem with my account or my feed that result disapproval.


What is the exact problem that to be corrected or solved?


I was receiving calls from Adwords team to submit money in adwords account but as I submit money in adwords account they didn't even reply my email about this feed problem. Adwords is waste for me until my feeds get accepted as I want to run Product display ads only.

Well my feed URL is and I am even ready to make spreadsheet for products feed if there is any problem with my xml feed.

Hi RK,


It sounds like you could benefit from Coco's post about Shopping Feed disapproval. Have you tried contacting the Merchant team directly via the Contact Us button on their help center? They will be able to provide you with more specifics.

Now I have made another merchant account using different email "" address and its feeds are approved, can I link this merchant account to my previous adwords account "" (which's feeds was disapproved). I have credited money in my's adwords account. So how can I link these two accounts. If would be great help if you attach a link to any tutorial or guide that explain whole procedure.

Hi Vishal!


Great to hear that your feed is approved! Here's what you'll need to do to get your PLAs running: 


  1. Link to Merchant Center: You can have multiple Merchant Center accounts linked to an AdWords account so follow the simple steps here to get the AdWords account linked to the Merchant Center account. 
  2. Have one email address manage everything: If you want to get to be an admin on the Merchant Center account (so you have everything in one place) follow these steps
