INTRODUCTION ([2-1858000000826] COMPLAINT ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISER

WHY THESE LOCATION EXTENSIONS AND DOUBLE SERVING

VIOLATIONS ARE BAD FOR GOOGLE

This is a complaint about violations of Google Adwords Policies on Location Extensions and Double Serving by a false advertiser.

My name is Noori Daili. My Google Adwords Email is nooridaili@gmail.com.

My Google Adwords Customer ID: 260-578-3334.

My legal business is Next Salon at 2400 Main Street in Santa Monica, California 90405, USA, telephone (310) 392-6645 (please see proof below).

My Website is http://www.nextsalon.com/.

This is a complaint about an attempt by another party to STEAL my valid business address for Google Adwords and Google Search Results.

This is a complaint about a non-existent business (masquerading as Santa Monica Beauty Salon and Manzi Beauty) using Google Adwords Accounts that DAMAGE the Google Adwords brand.

Why?

This is bad for Google because it strikes at the heart of the Google

Business Model. It undermines the credibility of Google Search Results and its Search Engine.

THIS NON-EXISTENT BUSINESS confuses Google Adwords customers who respond to Google Adwords because this business CANNOT BE  PHYSICALLY FOUND.

SantaMonicaBeautySalon.com and ManziBeauty.com fraudulently use Google Adwords to advertise at the same business address that I legally own which is Next Salon, 2400 Main Street Santa Monica, California90405, USA.

THE EVIDENCE

Google Maps, Places and Google+ already deleted the fraudulent Santa Monica Beauty Salon account using the website www.santamonicabeautysalon.com.

This lends credence to this complaint since Google Maps, Places and Google+   previously acted against this fraudulent business thereby establishing a precedent you may follow.

Google Maps, Places and Google+ deleted the account twice per my request. You may do a search for the telephone number in Google Places, Google Maps and Google+ to confirm at 888-229-8851 from the guilty website at http://www.santamonicabeautysalon.com/. As of this moment, I get "no results" for the search (except for individual posts made in November 2012. Google should remove these posts).

I say, "as of this moment", because Santa Monica Beauty Salon returned 2 times (so far) to Google+ after Google deleted it.

I proved my case with legal documents, pictures of the Next Salon physical business at its address of Next Salon, 2400 Main Street in Santa Monica, CA 90405, USA and many other pages of evidence I submitted (please see below).

Here is the previously submitted proof for my claim:

1. Google Adwords Complaint is here http://goo.gl/8bNov.

2. Three Pictures of Google Adwords ads from the FAKE Santa Monica Beauty Salon violating the Google Double Serving and Location Extensions Policy here:

a. http://goo.gl/my6LY -both Legal Next Salon and the FAKE business ads

b. http://goo.gl/fzo3m - FAKE Business Wedding Hair ad on side of page

c. http://goo.gl/pP57k   - FAKE Business Japanese Hair Straightening ad

3. Legal documents proving Next Salon owns the 2400 Main Street address for Hair or Beauty Salons are here: http://goo.gl/Q3QIy

4. Google+ Report a Problem Complaint is here: http://goo.gl/UjVWr

5. Picture of Next Salon is here: http://goo.gl/Yu9br

6. The Next Salon Google Places Page and my Google+ pages have already been verified. I recently merged my Google Places and Google+ pages. The URL is as follows: https://plus.google.com/118069246632754962583/about?gl=US&hl=en-US

THIS COMPLAINT REQUESTS THE FOLLOWING:

1. Request that the Google Adwords Accounts for SantaMonicaBeautySalon.com and ManziBeauty.com be permanently removed because of their violations of Google Adwords Policies on Location Extension and Double Serving.

-- SantaMonicaBeautySalon.com and ManziBeauty.com Google Adwords accounts also violate Google Policy regarding two Google Adwords accounts advertising for the same (non-existent business).

2. I request SantaMonicaBeautySalon.com and ManziBeauty.com be removed from Google Search Results because both use my legal address at the bottom of each of their web pages for a non-existent business.

I submitted my first complaint on 4-5 Feb 2013 about this matter so I request your expeditious action.

The evidence presented herein is overwhelming in my favor.

Again, I am requesting Google to take this action in it own best business interest.

Otherwise, Google will suffer damage to its Search Engine and Google Adwords

brands if customers continue to go looking for a non-existent business in

its Search Index and Google Adwords called Santa Monica Beauty Salon at 2400 Main

Street in Santa Monica, CA90405, USA.

I came to this forum because I have had a series of contacts with Google AdWords since 4-5 Feb 2013.

I talked to Google Adwords as recently as yesterday before I posted the above complaint to determine its status.

I submitted and resubmitted my complaint 8 times in various forms.

I have a compelling case with abundant evidence.

Therefore, I request assistance from those on this forum.

Carlos,
This is a peer to peer help forum. None of us (bar some mods) actually work for Google.

I understand it's difficult to get in contact with them, but you're going to have to keep calling. There's very little that we can do for you here.

Sorry.

Hi Dave.

<<None of us (bar some mods) actually work for Google.>>

Then I appeal to those "mods" and any peers for assistance.

Those mods are community managers, they don't actually work for the legal department in Google where your issue needs to be escalated to.

As much as I know you want answers here, you're not going to get them. I'm sorry.

Hi Dave,

You seem to know quite a bit about this process.

It was escalated to the Google Legal Department 2 weeks ago.

Strange you could see that when no one else has until recently.

Remember, I wrote we've worked on this problem since 4-5 Feb 2013.

It is also strange you are the only one commenting on this thread.

Would like to hear from others.

Wow, talk about seeing things that aren't there. You really must be stressed.

Dealing with Google can be a nightmare. (If I worked for Google would I say that?). You're just going to have to wait for a reply from them and keep badgering them.

Also, because of your attitude, I wont be replying to this thread to try and help you any more. Report that to my "boss in Google".

<<Wow, talk about seeing things that aren't there. You really must be stressed.>>

I could say the same about you.

I was giving you a compliment about your knowledge of and insight into the problem.

It never occurred to me you might work for Google.

I made no statement that you did.

You also made it clear earlier you did not.

I took you at your word.

Would like to hear from others about a resolution of the problem I stated originally.
