Electronic Cigarettes

my site was was suspended for cigarettes and tobacco products that I don't sell or carry on my site, I corrected wat they asked me to and still can;t get straight answer from google, I sell electronic cigarettes and accesories I don;t know what to do next . is it that Google against small business? I removed a page from my site and removed electronic cig from the title and the ad, however whe i do search on the web  I get tens of ads for e cig from google, what is the deal?please help

Hi;
Google does NOT allow to promote electronic cigarettes. The Policy is equal for all advertisers: whether at a small or a big business.

Andy,

 

Now that the FDA is regulating electronic cigarettes and there are fewer unknowns, we may (or may not!) see changes from Google on this front. Keep a look out for fresh changes!

 

Here's a little research I did to forsee what limitations Google might put in place on ecig advertising if they were to open up ecig keywords to ads:
