How is this possible when you don't give a reason for disapproval?? Have no idea what to fix! So, how can I be sure to fix the problem? Have no idea what the problem is. Guess what? You're going to get it again. Oh...it will be changed. t t may not be changed the way you wanted.

Hi Brannan,

Generally speaking, when I have ads disapproved, the email notifications include quite a bit of details. What information are you receiving?

Have you enabled the policy details column for more insight? You can enable the column pretty easily. Read the section titled "Check your approval status" here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722120?hl=en

Edit - Just realized this was in the AdWords Express category - my advise could be useless.  Smiley Happy

Someone called me and all c come up with is: At the bottom of my add is a link that says "Members Only". It takes someone that clicks it to Capstone Websolutions' login screen. They provide my websites. Only "Members" should be clicking it, anyway. She told me I had to list my phone# and address on the ad. I already give a way to have me contact them if interested and I know that's all I have to do. I do NOT to give that kind of information freely in an Internet ad!!
