In your opinion, does this website classify as a gambling website?

http://www.buzzbuzzbingo.com/

My ads were disapproved.  Here's the ad and the reason:

Print Football Bingocards
Download and print 2 free football
cards
BuzzBuzzBingo.com

Ad Status: Disapproved
Ad Issue(s): [Casinos and gambling] Gambling Certificate Required

I recently launched this page to make it clear to Google and my users:

Hi TacosNTonic,

Welcome to the community.

Under the present gambling and casino policy Google has added even Gambling related products such as Gambling-related tutoring and educational materials such as books and e-books.

I think your product comes under this category.

Find more information here.

Hope this helps,

Thank you for your help.

Granted the material is used for educational purposes.  Teachers play Math bingo, Halloween bingo, word, noun, verb, etc. with their kids.  And it is an "e-book" technically because it's a PDF.  I think programatically my site raises red flags but for a human reviewer it should be deemed unrelated to gambling.  The material itself is not related to gambling.

I can see how the word "bingo" alone is regarded as a gambling related word.  I would still like to advertise so as I understand, I will need to acquire a gambling license number and portray it on my website.  Do I have that correct?

Hi TacosNTonic,

Google's casino and gambling rules are very country specific so a lot will depend upon where you want to advertise (country).

I will suggest you to contact Google adwords support in your country for proper guidence.

You have various options to contact Google support.

http://support.google.com/adwords/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=8206

Worldwide phone support - http://support.google.com/adwords/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1385067

Resubmitting your ads without making necessary changes will result in domain or account supension.

So please make sure you fulfill all the required changes/ formalities before resubmitting your ads.

Best of luck.

Thanks for the reply.

I think it's safest for me to only advertise in the US for now.  I was targetting the UK and they have stricter laws so someone might think I fall under one of the general statements.
