Hi @chandu m,

The only thing I could suggest here is contacting support and explaining the situation. Nothing seems to be wrong at the first glance.

Sometimes ads happen to be disapproved mistakenly. Once I had my display ads disapproved due to too much exposed body although it was Lionel Messi in soccer uniform holding a pack of potato crisps Smiley Happy

Thanks @mildaster for the suggestion.

I was just messaging with staff in facebook page. They suggest me to put put my website logo or url in the last frame of the animated ads. I am doing it now and hope that is the only issue with my ads.

I do further googling on this logo and url thing on image ads and I found here https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6021546?hl=en saying

"Make sure that you include your product name, company name, logo, or display URL in your promotion. For animated ads, please ensure that once the animation has ceased, the final static frame clearly displays identifying information such as a product or company name, logo, or display URL."

Hope that is the only problem. Numerous disapprove and suspend thing mentioned by adwords make me worry about it to do try and error. Smiley Frustrated

Hi there;

The "flashing"/ blinking ad and the missing of the business logo or business name are a violation of the editorial guidelines.

Fix that and resubmit the ad,

Thanks @MosheTLV

My ads get approved now and the reason seems to be.

1. missing of business logo or business name
2. Gif animated duration needed to be stop after 30 seconds ( mine was infinite loop )

while flashing and blinking wasn't seems to be issue. "flashing/blinking" seems to mean when you make animation and using the same static text but changing the background to different color.

@chandu m;

Well... I had similar issues and in that case a "flash" similar to yours was the issue.

Can you share the approved ads?

I actually took your prior comments here and ask the staff from Google Adwords Facebook Page through messaging about flashing and blinking. They told me mine doesn't fall into that category. Mine is more like product showcase.
