Hi,

 

I've got an email that my ads in Chinese language have been disapproved.

The message says that my app link is not able to be recognized.

But the link is exactly correct and app exists.

 

The link in settings: https://itunes.apple.com/app/id1119034961

 

One strange thing is that the mail is saying the app link is itunes.apple.com, not above link.

But I've confirmed the app link in settings is https://itunes.apple.com/app/id1119034961. It's normal.

Another strange thing is that the Korean ads are approved but the Chinese ads are not approved.

Even though they are totally same content and same settings excepting the languages.

There is nothing to change in current settings. How could I resolve this problem?

This is not normal. I checked your link. It seems correct.
I would suggest getting in touch with a Google support rep. or filling in this form: https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/approval_request
