Although AdWords has the specific information, if you were my client, I would tell you that your business model is a little unclear and I'm not exactly sure who you are.

Are you manpower?  Or do you do hiring of employees for companies? Or are you simply a training and development company for business's HR departments?  Although it may be clear to you your business model, it isn't so much to me.

Your site doesn't do a good job at satisfying the "5 second rule" I have for my clients.

Also, there is some ambiguity about the business name, people behind the business, etc. that would make me a little unsettled about who is behind this company.

Overall, you need to be a lot more clear about your business, the people behind it, etc.

That's my opinion at least from experience.
