Disapproved Keywords - Looking for a reason

I have a bunch of disapproved keywords that were just uploaded and I can't see how they violate any Adwords policy. For instance the keyword 1 x 30 sanding belt in exact match and KW destination URL http://woodworker.com/search.asp?search=1+x+30+sanding+belt with ad copy as follows:

Sanding Belts & Abrasives

Buy High Quality Sanding Belts &

Abrasives at Woodworker's Supply!

woodworker.com

Ad Dest. URL:  http://woodworker.com/cgi-bin/SEARCH.exe?CTLFIND=010.003

I checked and all URLs are working fine. Is there something I am missing?

Hi;
Is the ad "approved"? Did you call Google?

Yes, the ads are approved, and I have other active keywords currently running in the ad group(s) etc. These disapproved keywords actually have been in the account for a long time on paused status and never activated, until yesterday when I turned them on.

I contacted Google online but have not called.

I did an online chat with a Google rep and he fixed the issue. There was no identifiable problem, but he had to have his team manually approve everything. It took a few days, but it ended up being resolved.
