Hello Pam,

Welcome to AdWords Community.

What is the URL that you are entering? Is it accessible in the browser?

Thanks

I have been having the same problem. When I spoke to a rep, she said my ads were being disapproved based on what I have as my display URL. I was using a "www.rootdomain.com/keyword" type structure, which isn't a real page. I have changed it to display only the root domain, and so far so good. If you have anything other than the root domain as your display URL, that may be the culprit.

Chris is right. I've also had my ads disapproved for 'invalid Http response code" when nothing was actually wrong. I checked and double checked that the destination URLs were resolving properly - including all tracking parameters - and decided to resubmit my ads for review with no changes. That worked and my ads became eligible again. If you can't find anything wrong with your ads - try resubmitting them and see if it works.
