Counterfeit Ad Disapproval

We had a message come across for an account we recently took over stating that an ad was disapproved under the counterfeit goods flag.  This was from a campaign that has been 'paused' since 2012.  We are going to delete it.  Can anyone confirm, with certainty - that by removing the campaign, we are also removing it from the scope of the policy review that triggered the notification we received as noted?

Thanks

Nope;
Suspected landing pages or ads for counterfeiting usually lead to an overall account review, due to the severity of the violation. (And by no means I imply that there was a violation in this case...)
