Copyright Issues

Hi there,


a most properly fraudulent website has been reported for copyright issues to google:


Although, some results have been deleted from google, the website is now advertising in

adwords. It is a unauthorized copy of design etc.


Does adwords accept such websites although they are (partly) banned from the search results

due to copyright issues?

Copyright issues are not something we can help you with here. Not that it matters much but from what I can see at a glance, some of the pages mentioned in the DMCA complaint no longer exist - at least not at the same reported URL's. Have they taken action based on the complaint? Their site looks fully indexed by Google (75 pages or so).

IMO, website templates are often re-used and purchased (or free) where they are not exclusive to a particular organization and will be used on multiple websites.
