Competitors Double Serving as Me

I know having multiple accounts pointing to the same domain is a AdWords no-no, but if this is such a problem, what stops a competitor from creating an account on our behalf and posting ads to our domain just to get us in trouble with google?

Maybe I am being paranoid, or not looking at the obvious answer, but how does Google stop this from happening?

Well.... I would say that this is the least preferred strategy I would consider to spend money on....

If this did happen, you could complain to Google about the competitor.
