Competitor using my company name as a keyword

A competitor has put my business name - Clearbrook Animal Hospital - in their ad but then it links to their site? it's rather disingenous...how can I fix? here is what they have done..it says Clearbrook but when you click the link it takes you to glenmountain...we are clearbrook and want to remedy? any ideas..please help! thanks,

If your business name is registered then you can file a complaint with Google about the use of trademark in AdWords ads, Google will investigate & Take action accordingly.
