Hello,

My Customer ID:xxx-xxx-xxxx

I have no answer on my question that was sent to support about my ads that were stopped.

Answer here please. Why my ad was stoped ? My ad was approved, keywords are eligable, all functions are enabled but I steel see the message "Your ads are not running. Please contact us for support. What can I do?"

1. Please do not publish your CID in public forums like this.

 

2. Forum participants don't have acces to your account hence they are unable to answer your query.

 

3. Once you see that particular message you should contact CS and wait for a reply.

I am sorry to hear about the status of your ads. Can you please check your email & provide us more details about the disapproval? What products/services are you promoting?

 

 

You can also find your disapproved ad by looking in your AdWords account:

  1. Sign in to your AdWords account.
  2. Click Campaigns near the top of your account.
  3. Click the Ads tab.
  4. Look through the Status column to see which ads are disapproved.
  5. Click the white speech bubble next to the word "Disapproved."
  6. Click the disapproval reason to learn more about the policy.

I have 1 ad and this ad is fully approved but I steel see the message "Your ads are not running. Please contact us for support. What can I do?"

Check your billing options. Is it prepaid or on credit card?

 

If there are no funds in your account, ads will not be shown..

My billing is on my own credit card. I have more than $150 on my adwords account. After 65 clicks my ad was stoped and now I see the message that I should write to support for help, but adwords support does not respond from Friday.
