I have a couple customers who have mentioned to me that Google Adwords will not let them post certain products on their site? They mentioned that Google Compliance would not allow this. Is there any way to find out if Google is blacklisting out products? If so how do we go about fixing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not want to sit on the phone for hours but it might have to come to this.

Thank You,

Hi Martha M,

Google does have a list of restricted products and services and they do not have to be illegal to be on this list, Google can add what they like, when they like.

I had a supplement client in the past and we had to remove a range of products due to them appearing on this list. The whole site was suspended until we removed them and submitted for a review. When the site was compliant again, we were back online within a few days.

Hopefully this should shed some light on your situation.
